Dragon Quest Museum Announced 2016

Well here is some great news to Dragon Quest Fans . As this year is the big  30th anniversary of this hugely popular 66 million copies sold franchise. Square Enix has gone and revealed  it plans to  open up a museum in Japan. Though a little out of reach for us European gamers , If you happen to be heading to Japan .

The attraction will be located on the ninth floor of the Shibuya Hikarie skyscraper building in Tokyo. It will be open to the public daily during the hours of 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. from July 24 to September 11, 2016, with tickets going on sale in April.

This will allows fans to experience the various worlds from all the realised titles in the series as well as pick up some great DQ merchandise.

The first title in the popular RPG series, Dragon Quest, debuted in Japan on the Famicom ( NES ) in May 1986. It launched three years later in North America as Dragon Warrior. But it was never released in Europe , entail it’s eighth instalment titled Journey of the Cursed King . If you haven’t checked out this classic series you can grab them now on practically everything from Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft to PC, Android, iOS, and more.
